We got a big size double room. Amazing and exceptionally nice location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station was 10 min away...

The room was particularly good and amazingly comfortable. It overlooked the garden and had a comfortable bed. the hotel was just next door to Danau Batur, a lakeside floating cafe, and Kintamani. the place had a quiet atmosphere.

Had brand-new and big room, great breakfasts, you guys rock!
staff were amazingly helpful, atmosphere was quiet, it had gorgeous location just next door to the surrounding lake, mountains and paddocks, the mount batur hike, and a lakeside floating cafe which nestles among lush lake reeds. there were coffee and tea/coffee in the room, loved that.

The whole experience at Lake Batur Cottage was a great start to our holiday. the owner, Ketut, and his nephew Asta, were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. the hot spring outside was a delightful treat, and the location provided an authentic experience away from the tourist areas. Nearby landmarks such as Mount Batur and the Batur Natural Hot Spring enhanced our family bonding time, and the relaxing facilities like the spa center and open-air bath added to our enjoyment. the peaceful garden and delicious local meals cooked by the host made our stay truly memorable.
